Oval, Elliptical, and Square/Rectangular Steel Profiles

Oval and elliptical profiles are manufactured from cold-rolled (CR or DKP) steel strips using high-frequency welding (ERW). Production is carried out on advanced machinery according to EN 10305-5 and EN 10219-2 standards. Square and rectangular profiles (commonly known as box profiles) are produced from both hot-rolled (HR) and cold-rolled (CR or DKP) steel strips using the ERW method. Production can be customized according to quality requirements: DC01-6112 for DKP group, and S235JR or S275JR for HR hot-rolled steel strips. Standard DKP box profiles are 6 meters long, with custom lengths available from 3 to 12 meters. These profiles combine strength, workability, and aesthetic appeal, making them ideal for construction, industrial design, and infrastructure projects.
