Oiled Bale Wires
Oiled bale wires are annealed wires coated with a special layer of oil. This oil layer provides the wires with both sliding properties and protection against corrosion. The most common applications are in the recycling industry for baling waste materials such as paper, cardboard, PET, nylon, and tin, as well as in the agricultural sector for packaging hay bales. Delivered in straight-wound coils of 40–45 kg, the main advantage of our oiled bale wires is that they do not break at the twists after baling.

Product Description
Oiled baling wires are made of low-carbon steel and coated with a protective oil layer that prevents rust and reduces friction. This ensures smooth operation and longer tool life in both manual and automatic baling machines. Commonly used for compacting hay, straw, cardboard, paper, and recyclable materials, they provide consistent tensile strength and excellent durability under heavy-duty use.
